¡Folklórico Fever! Beginning Mexican Folk Dance

Class Details
Have you ever wanted to try something totally new and get a killer workout while you’re at it? This is your chance. In this high-energy, beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn traditional Mexican folk dances from regions across the country, from the flirtatious footwork of Jalisco to the joyful rhythms found throughout Mexico’s diverse dance traditions. No experience, rhythm, or dance background required, just a willingness to stomp, twirl, and laugh a little.
Folklórico is as much a workout as it is an art form. Between the fast footwork, skirt work, and full body movement, you’ll burn serious calories without ever feeling like you’re “exercising.” It’s cardio disguised as culture, and it’s a blast.
What’s included: Your traditional practice skirt and dance shoes are provided as part of the class, so all you need to bring is your energy.
